Terms & Conditions

Group/Event/Meeting contract for a minimum of 25 paid room nights at a participating property must be signed by 3/31/2008 and room block must be used and paid for by 12/31/2008 to qualify for this offer. Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred. Offer must be referenced at start of negotiation process.  The 3% credit will be applied to the total master billed charges for room revenue, food and beverage and meeting room revenue, exclusive of any surcharges, gratuities, taxes and third party charges (such as AV).  Payment must be made in accordance with the time frames specified in this contract to receive the discount on the master bill. The signing bonus of up to 50,000 Starpoints per event is in addition to the up to 20,000 Starpoints earned on eligible spend for each event.  Starwood reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. Offer is subject to availability of guest rooms and meeting facilities at time of booking. Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.
